\/ Product Manager (PM)\u300d\uff0c\u6211\u554f\u9019\u5169\u500b\u8077\u7a31\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5dee\u5225\uff1f\u4e3b\u7ba1\u8aaa\u4e00\u500b\u504f\u91cd\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u504f\u91cd\u7522\u54c1 Biz\u3002<\/p>\n<p>OK~ \u6211\u7ba1\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u4f5c\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u4e5f\u53ea\u6703\u7522\u54c1\u88fd\u4f5c\u3002\u6bcf\u7576\u6211\u5831\u544a\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u5c08\u6848\u958b\u767c (\u65b0\u7248\/\u6539\u7248) \u6642\uff0c\u8001\u95c6\u7e3d\u662f\u6703\u554f\uff1a\u300e\u8ab0\u662f\u9019\u500b\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\uff1f\u300f\u4e3b\u7ba1\u7e3d\u662f\u56de\u7b54\uff1a\u300e\u5c0f\u67ef\u300f\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u6240\u8655\u7684\u90e8\u9580\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u7de8\u5236\u7522\u54c1\u7d93\u7406\u4e59\u8077\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u4e5f\u9806\u7406\u6210\u7ae0\u6210\u70ba\u5c08\u6848\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u516c\u53f8\u641e\u904e\u5169\u500b\u65b0\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u53ca\u7121\u6578\u6b21\u7684\u6539\u7248\uff0c\u8eab\u70ba\u5c08\u6848\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\u7684\u6211\uff0c\u4e5f\u8a8d\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u5c08\u6848\u7d93\u7406\uff0c\u8981\u8ca0\u8cac\u9019\u500b\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u898f\u5283\u3001\u9032\u884c\u53ca\u5b8c\u5de5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5411\u516c\u53f8 MIS \u90e8\u9580\u7533\u8acb\u4e86 Project \u9019\u500b\u8edf\u9ad4\uff0c\u4f46\u7528\u4e0d\u4e0a\u624b\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u89ba\u5f97\u7528\u4e86\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u8b93\u5c08\u6848\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u9806\u66a2\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u7528 Execl \u80e1\u641e\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u6e05\u55ae + \u6642\u7a0b\u8868 + \u7518\u7279\u5716\uff0c\u81ea\u4ee5\u70ba\u662f\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u8d77\u5c08\u6848...<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u5c08\u6848\u7e3d\u662f\u554f\u984c\u591a\u591a\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u6642\u9593\u6703\u88ab\u8001\u95c6\u632a\u52d5 (\u7e3d\u662f\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u65e9)\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8cc7\u6e90\u4e0d\u8db3 (\u4eba\u529b\u7e3d\u662f\u4e0d\u8db3)\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u5c08\u6848\u5f80\u5f80 delay \u4e0a\u7dda\u3001\u6709\u6642\u9084\u6703 fail
